Install Guest Tool on macOS 10.15 Catalina on VirtualBox. Most you might not be familiar with the Guest tool, but you may familiar with installing VMware tool on macOS Catalina. The process on how to install it on VMware and VirtualBox are the same. To do this follow each of the steps instructions. I have installed Virtualbox 6.0 on my Mac OSX (Mojave) with ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS (Desktop) as my guest OS. Guest OS installation went fine. However, the desktop screen is just too tiny to read anything. After installing Guest additions, I am getting a blank screen (not even login prompt). How should I proceed? Other trials. While using VirtualBox it means we are going to install a guest operating system on the actual operating system. And it can be controlled by the actual operating system of your computer. Even more, VirtualBox is the tool allows you for creating virtual machines and managing or accessing the operating system.
